Łukasz is a landscape architect and researcher, and lecturer at the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, Institute of Landscape Architecture, Poland.

His work is focused on post-military landscapes preservation, heritage protection and sustainable development of these areas in relation to climate change.

He is a member of the The Commission on Military Buildings and Structures of the Polish National Committee of International Council on Monuments and Sites ICOMOS-POLAND
